Open Arms Native Missons Archery

Archery has been a great tool to reach the Native American Youth. In a time where Suicide, Addiction, Abuse, Abandonment is at an all time high in Native Communities. We are able  to encourage through Archery, A tool used by our Native American forefathers.

Through the Native American cultural teachings we teach life skill, Native American core values We share with youth. We travel to Red Lake MN, Rosebud, South Dakota, Minneapolis, Saint Paul, Minnesota Mishkeegogamang Ontario Canada, Saint. Croix  Wisconsin.

Safety is our main focus

We have 2 N.A.S.P. certified instructors and depending on the size of the group We have Adult Vulunteers on staff as well.

N.A.S.P. is the National Archery School Program. it is a Nationally known organization that teaches archery skills to students.

Safety is our number one priority.

Our sessions are in a controlled environment , meaning thereis always staff to oversee and observe the archery area at all times. Students go through a safety lesson before handling the bow. Native Missions has a zero injury/incident in the 3 years we have been active in archery.

You have more chance of injury from Ping Pong than a N.A.S.P. archery session!
